L. Stephen O’Hearn, Jr.

L. Stephen O’Hearn, Jr. is of counsel to the firm. His practice focuses on representing lenders in consumer bankruptcy matters, real estate transactions and loan default servicing. Steve has practiced law in Savannah for over 20 years. In addition to the practice of law, Steve has served as Staff Attorney to Judge Charles Mikell of the Superior Court of Chatham County, District Counsel to U.S. Congressman Jack Kingston and Social Studies Department Chairman on the faculty at Benedictine Military School.
