Josh Zugish provides civil litigation, employment and education services, and practices in state and federal court. He also counsels employers with day-to-day employment matters, policy and handbook development, compliance and trainings, workplace investigations, EEOC charges and litigation. Josh is licensed to practice in Georgia, Colorado, Alabama and Montana.
Josh also serves K-12 and higher education institutions in all areas, including policy and compliance, faculty and student affairs, employment, risk management, board governance, Title IX, Title VII, ADA/IDEA/Section 504, EEOC charges and OCR complaints, open records, education abroad, free speech and related matters. He is currently an instructor for two Title IX certification courses offered through Tulane Law School, and previously taught the Law of Higher Education as adjunct faculty for Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado.
Josh utilizes his prior experience as both in-house and private counsel to provide effective, pragmatic solutions to the wide range of client challenges.
